Julianne Moore will be named as Hasty Pudding’s Woman of the Year next week by Harvard University, in a ceremony where she will have to lead a parade through the streets surrounding the prestigious Massachusetts college.

Tasmin Khan in nude photo scandal

London, Aug 5 – New ITV breakfast newsreader at the center of a nude photo scandal.

Tasmin Khan, 30, who has signed up to read the headlines on new flagship morning show Daybreak, alongside hosts Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley, posed for sexy shots between 2003 and 2006.

In one of the pictures, Khan is seen showing off her charms while sporting only a colourful necklace, while in others she is seen in her underwear or lying in the nude.

R.I.P. Hillard Elkins

The longtime Hollywood manager and producer and former agent Hillard “Hilly” Elkins died of a heart attack on Wednesday evening. He was 81. “Hilly was a larger-than-life character, a legendary stage and film producer and a manager of many great talents,” emails his close pal Jay Weston. “He started at 18 in the William Morris mailroom and there is a story that he delivered its mail personally to theatre magnet Lee Shubert each day wearing a homberg. One day, Lee Shubert called William Morris and asked for that fellow in the homberg. And he was immediately promoted to agent. At the time of his death, he was working on DiCaprio starring in Kurt Vonnnegut’s Cat’s Cradle because Hilly owned its screen rights. Beloved, humorous, charming, fun. ‘Step Up 3D’ Movie Review

When producers of the Step Up franchise first announced that the third chapter in the urban dance saga would be filmed in 3D, that increasingly gimmicky audience-baiting tool so popular these days in Hollywood, reactions ranged from ambivalence to ridicule. I myself was rather skeptical, having been subjected to my share of hastily produced 3D monstrosities a la The Last Airbender. But after watching the film, I must concede that the trendy format actually acquits itself reasonably well in Step Up 3D. I only wish I could speak the same about the film’s more traditional cinematic components, like plot, dialogue, and acting.
